In a world where IC and electronic engineers struggle to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations, Proji’ Systems fills that gap directly. But despite the quality of their training, they had\u00a0no digital presence whatsoever<\/span>\u00a0\u2014 no website, no social media, no way for a fresh graduate searching for practical engineering courses online to find them. We built Proji’ Systems’ entire digital presence from the ground up, starting with the two most critical assets for an education institution \u2014 a\u00a0professional website<\/span>\u00a0and an\u00a0active social media presence<\/span>. The website was designed to do one thing exceptionally well \u2014 convert a curious engineering graduate into an enrolled student. We structured it around Proji’s core offering \u2014 their practical, lab-based training in embedded systems, electronics, and IC engineering \u2014 with clear course information, a compelling about section that communicated the hands-on philosophy of the institution, and a straightforward enquiry and contact flow that removed every barrier between interest and action. The site was built to be fast, mobile-optimised, and credible \u2014 because for a student researching training institutes at midnight on their phone, the website needs to inspire confidence instantly. On the social media side, we took over their\u00a0Instagram and Facebook management<\/span>\u00a0\u2014 building a content strategy tailored specifically to fresh engineering graduates. Posts were crafted to speak directly to the anxieties and aspirations of that audience \u2014 the gap between college theory and industry reality, the value of hands-on lab experience, course announcements, and training highlights that showcased what learning at Proji’ Systems actually looks like in practice.
