We took over Feather Touch’s complete social media management across Instagram and Facebook — building a content strategy rooted in how women in Ahmedabad and Mumbai discover, evaluate, and buy ethnic wear online. The content mix was carefully designed to serve multiple purposes — new collection launches and product showcases to drive immediate interest and direct inquiries, styling and occasion-based content that helped followers visualise the outfits in the context of their own lives — weddings, festivals, family functions, and everyday elegance — and festive and seasonal campaigns timed around key buying windows like Navratri, Diwali, and wedding season, when ethnic wear demand peaks and attention is at its highest. Every creative was produced with the aesthetic sensibility of the Feather Touch customer in mind — clean, feminine, and aspirational — ensuring the feed felt like a curated fashion destination rather than a sales catalogue. Community engagement was managed actively, with DMs and comments handled promptly to convert social interest into direct sales conversations.
