Neutralink came to D Social Co. at the very beginning — before they had a logo, before they had a website, and before they had made a single online sale. They had a strong product vision — a range of health supplements spanning fitness, wellness, and immunity — but absolutely nothing to show for it digitally. In the D2C health supplement space, where trust and first impressions are everything, showing up without a brand identity is the fastest way to lose a potential customer before they even read your product description. Without a professional logo, a credible website, or any social media presence, Neutralink had no way to establish trust, showcase their product range, or process a single online order. They weren’t just missing a website — they were missing an entire brand. We took on Neutralink as a full brand buildout project — starting with the foundation and working all the way through to launch. The first step was brand identity — designing a logo, defining a colour palette, and establishing a visual language that felt clean, credible, and aligned with the health and wellness space. Once the brand foundation was in place, we moved to building the full e-commerce website on neutralink.in — complete with product listings, a shopping cart, checkout flow, and payment gateway integration, giving customers a seamless path from browsing to buying. Every page was designed with conversion in mind — clear product photography placements, trust signals, and a layout that made navigating the supplement range intuitive and easy. Alongside the website, we built and actively managed their social media presence — creating on-brand content, maintaining consistent posting across Instagram and Facebook, and building an engaged community around the Neutralink brand from day one. By the time Neutralink launched, they didn’t just have a store — they had a complete, living brand with a growing digital presence ready to compete in the D2C supplements market.
